It's an innovative digital platform that integrates several key functions: creating personalized sales rooms and analytics for customer interaction. These solution helps companies not only effectively sell their products or services but also enhance customer service levels.

Analytics:

We had a sales department that helped us easily identify the pain points and needs of our sales managers. Additionally, we conducted UX research on the sales teams of our My Learning Hub clients. All our research indicated that sales managers lacked sufficient data during the sales process. Together with our CTO, we began developing an analytics architecture. This analytics system consists of two levels. The upper level provides an overview across all hubs, helping salespeople understand user engagement on the hubs over a specific period. Based on this engagement level, they can gauge the success of their hubs (deals).


The lower level offers detailed analytics for each hub, comprising a multitude of data points. Most importantly, managers can see the client traction map. This allows them to understand if their commercial proposal has reached the decision-maker and trace the path it took through various employees. This type of data enables managers to better prepare for the next call and schedule it at the right time.


At the moment of user selection, the system analyzes the client's data and suggests a follow-up message for the salesperson. Additionally, the manager can adjust the tone of the message using a "warmth regulator," allowing them to make the message more formal (cold) or friendly (warm).


Create with AI:

Hubforce enables the instant creation of personalized hubs using artificial intelligence. Content integration and brand alignment are streamlined through AI and user scenarios for website analysis. The initial AI performance with a flexible prompt system did not meet visual expectations, so specialized formulas were developed to optimize this process. A network of dynamic scripts now influences prompt construction and the decision-making of the neural network. Additionally, specialized site parsing scripts were integrated to enhance content integration and ensure brand consistency through AI.


Hub builder:

The Hubforce builder features a simple and intuitive design, making it easy to use. However, we didn't reach this point immediately, as the first version had a complex UX. We discovered that potential users were unwilling to spend more than 10 minutes creating a commercial proposal, resulting in incomplete and low-quality hubs. To solve this problem, we implemented simplified navigation on the left side and grouped assets together. Consequently, users can now utilize ready-made templates, only needing to modify the text or occasionally add pre-made asset sets. This approach enables the rapid creation of hub structures, which can be easily customized to fit the company's needs through white labeling.


The entire Hubforce interface was developed with the concept of "white labeling" in mind. The navigation menu serves as an example of how "white labeling" principles are applied. Using parsed data, style labeling occurs, encompassing three styles: round, soft, and sharp. Depending on the chosen style, all interface elements adjust their border radii accordingly. The color system operates in a similar fashion, ensuring consistency throughout.

The registration process went through more than 10 iterations, extensively tested with both warm and cold leads. In the final version, we streamlined the number of steps and fields, while integrating bright thematic illustrations. These illustrations not only facilitated the onboarding process by informing users about key integrations but also included an example hub and a genuine client testimonial, significantly enhancing user engagement.
