Process of creation:
Before developing the platform, we conducted a detailed market and niche analysis. This research involved creating CJM maps to identify the main pain points of expats learning traffic rules. Focus groups were less effective due to significant regional differences in customer pain points, so cold calls during testing provided a clearer picture of the customer. The platform development process was divided into three parallel streams:
1. Creating the application framework.
2. Adapting materials and collaborating with educators.
3. Developing a mini course builder and admin panel.
The standout feature of the application was its objective assessment of users' knowledge and the ability to quickly address knowledge gaps. Many users had previously obtained driving licenses in the CIS but were unfamiliar with local traffic rules. Additionally, the app helped users improve their Spanish language skills during the learning process. We developed over 10 dynamic formulas to assess users' readiness for the exam, which is a key factor in their decision to take it.

Courses Library & Builder:
We've developed an administrative panel (builder) allowing user and content management. It features a course constructor function empowering administrators to create and customize individualized courses for users, ensuring more efficient and personalized learning.

Identity:
A carefully crafted brand identity was developed to resonate with our target audience. I created a cohesive visual identity, encompassing logo design, color palette, typography, and brand imagery.
